Includes:
• Domain Name registration (I use NameCheap)
• One year of web site hosting. Additional years are $50/ year.
• Initial 3 page site development with Sandvox or iWeb.
Once your initial site is setup, you will be able to maintain it on your Mac. If you want me to maintain your site for you, that service is available.
Here are the steps:
1. If you do not already have a domain name go to Namecheap.com and find and register a domain name.
2. Decide and develop the content that you want to publish on your web site. This includes text and graphics.
3. Contact me. We meet.
The Web Presence package includes three hours of my time. Together we build your initial web pages and publish them to the web. Then we make sure that you know how to make changes and update your site.
I developed this site using Sandvox. It is a pleasure to use. The Sandvox software is not included in this package.
Apple's iWeb is part of the iLife programs that come with your Mac. iWeb is very easy to use and is very graphical. It will meet many Mac Users needs nicely.
The Web Presence Package is for the Mac User who wants to learn to build and maintain their own website.
